2025 Spring Season Uniform Guidelines
Every Rec League player will receive a uniform shirt. Every Rec League player should plan to wear black softball pants and black socks with their uniform shirt. The pants are not included with the uniform shirt you will receive. Black belts are optional.
Every Travel League player will receive a uniform jersey, softball pants, socks, and belts.
Items Needed:
- Black softball pants and black softball socks
- Softball Glove
- Softball cleats (no metal and optional for 6U)
- Softball bat (if you do not want to buy a bat for the season, you can ask a teammate to share with you)
- Softball helmet with front cage (the front cage on the helmet is mandatory)
- Fielding Face Guard (required for all players when playing in the field, but it is optional for 6U)
Nice to Have Items:
- Sliding shorts (worn underneath softball pants) are recommended (but not mandatory) for players especially as they learn base running fundamentals and sliding.
- Protective undershirt/undershirt chest guard for pitchers. This is not mandatory, but it is something that is recommended if your player is a pitcher to help protect them from line drives hit back to the pitcher's circle. If you google softball protective undershirts or softball undershirt chest guards it should give you a lot of options.
- Girls sometimes like to use batting gloves when they are hitting, but they are not required equipment.
