What to do if your TeamSnap Emails are going to Spam
1. Add TeamSnap to Your Safe Sender / Allow List
Every email service has a way to mark a sender as trusted. Add:
- noreply@teamsnap.com
- Any coach or league admin email sent through TeamSnap
- The domain @teamsnap.com
This is the single most reliable fix across all providers.
2. Mark Any TeamSnap Message as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”
If a TeamSnap email is already in your spam/junk folder:
- Open it
- Click Not Spam, Not Junk, or Move to Inbox
This retrains your provider’s spam filter.
3. Create a Rule or Filter to Always Allow TeamSnap
Most providers let you create a rule such as:
- “Never send messages from @teamsnap.com to spam”
- “Always deliver to inbox”
- “Mark as important”
This forces your email service to trust TeamSnap messages.
4. Check Other Tabs or Folders
Depending on your provider, TeamSnap messages may land in:
- Promotions
- Updates
- Other
- Focused/Other Inbox (Outlook)
- Quarantine (corporate email)
Drag the message to your main inbox if needed.
5. Verify Your Email Address in TeamSnap
A simple typo can cause delivery issues.
In TeamSnap:
- Go to My Account
- Confirm your email is correct
- Update if needed
